3) Photos, Face Data & Biometric Information
- No face recognition: we do not perform face recognition.
- No biometric identifiers for identification: we do not create or store biometric identifiers to uniquely identify you.
- One-time processing and deletion: where photo/text processing occurs (including server-side processing), content is processed to produce the requested result and then deleted promptly after completion.
- Your control: you control whether to upload photos or text for any optional processing or generation features.
- No third-party sharing for their own purposes: we do not share uploaded photos or text with third parties for their own purposes. If service providers support processing, they act only as processors under contract and may not use your content for their own purposes.
- Local storage by default: where supported, photos are stored locally unless you choose otherwise.
- No training/marketing use: we do not use photos to train advertising systems or for marketing profiling.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services (accounts, syncing, core functionality).
- Personalize your experience (preferences).
- Improve the Services (debugging, analytics, performance).
- Security, fraud and abuse prevention.
- Support and communications.
- Legal compliance and enforcement.
We do not sell your personal information.
6) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use lawful
safeguards for cross-border transfers, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Support communications: up to 6 months.
